Absolutely! Unlike many recruitment companies, we never include restraint (or lock-in) clauses in our contracts. We want you to be with Hyperion IT because you want to, not because you have to.
Approximately 6-8 weeks before the end of your contract, we’ll engage with our procurement contact in your Department and commence the conversation around extension options. This is also the perfect time to talk to us about the next FAQ – rate increases!
